I do my best to list the size accurately, but the size may vary by 1/8". I don't use "stock" or manufacturer's sizing. I measure the actual item that I have.

    I use the USPS shipping calculator for shipping. I enter the weight of the item plus packaging and then USPS does the rest. I cannot lower shipping because it is determined by USPS, not me.
