pioneer Frank P. Lahm.
The newspaper originally consisted of 12 pages. It is complete except for the sports page which is missing.
Frank Purdy Lahm was an American aviation pioneer, the "nation's first military aviator", and a general officer in the United States Army Air Corps and Army Air Forces.
Lahm developed an interest in flying from his father, a balloonist, and received among the first civil qualification certificates issued. He met the Wright Brothers in 1907 and used his interest in powered flight to become the Army's first certified pilot in 1909, followed four years later by becoming its 14th rated Military Aviator. In 1916 he became a career aviator, serving in the United States Army Air Service and its successors until his retirement in 1941 at the age of 64, rising to the rank of brigadier general.
Condition
This newspaper pages are in good condition. The pages should be treated as delicate and handled with care upon receipt. This newspaper pages originally came from a bound library volume and exhibit typical chipping and paper loss on the edges.
Additional edge chipping could occur during shipment.

The pages will be placed in clear plastic sleeves and gently rolled and inserted into a sturdy cardboard tube. Single newspaper pages can be shipped via First Class Mail. Please specify if expedited Priority Mail is desired. I will combine shipping but additional newspaper pages will require Priority Mail shipping due to weight.
International Shipping
I can ship single pages using First Class International Postage. Any additional pages will require Priority Mail International shipping.
