    Description

ONE ORIGINAL KNABSTRUP KERAMIK OF DENMARK
    MID-CENTURY DANISH MODERN
    CURVY HEART-SHAPED
    YELLOW BOWL
For your consideration is this artistic curvy bowl with a high gloss glaze.
It is sunny yellow on top and off-white underneath with brown trim.
It has both the Knabstrup pottery mark and the paper sticker on the bottom of it.
The red and gold foil sticker on it says OVNFAST, which is Danish for Oven-Proof.
Personally, I would just use it only as a serving bowl and not put it in the oven.
I do NOT guarantee that it is oven-proof.
This art piece measures just under 9 inches across, from side to side,
and 8.5 inches long, from top to bottom.
It is 2.25 inches tall at its tallest point.
It is rather heavy and weighs about 1 Pound 3 Ounces, UNPACKED.
Please read condition description above, as bowl has minor
    surface imperfections in the finish.
Knabstrup Tegleværk (Knabstrup Brickworks) was located just south of the
    town of Knabstrup, Denmark.
It was a brick factory from 1856-1907. In 1907, it was purchased by
Henrik Schou and it became a ceramics factory.
In 1970, the factory bought a new gas kiln and the world-
    famous
    Bjorn Wiinblad took over production.
In 1977, Bjorn Wiinblad changed the name of the factory to
    Knabstrup Ceramic Factory A / S.
Production consisted of dinnerware, wall plaques, and dishes.
    The company closed in 1989.

WANT TO SAVE SOME MONEY ON SHIPPING?
COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT PROCEDURE FOR BUYERS IN THE USA ONLY
I gladly give a combined shipping discount when you buy more than one item at the same time!
It's simple: please just add all of the items that you wish to purchase into your "shopping cart,"
    commit to buying them,
BUT DO NOT ACTUALLY PAY FOR THEM AT THAT TIME.
Request that I send you a combined shipping invoice. Wait until I re-calculate the shipping charges and
then send you a REVISED invoice. THEN pay for all of your items, including the combined shipping discount.
Buying multiple items at the same time really saves on shipping charges!  Please note,
if you do not wait for me to re-figure the shipping charges and send you an invoice, and you pay before then,
I CAN NOT pass the discounted shipping rate on to you. If
you have any questions about this,
please email me BEFORE you buy multiple items. I want to save you money on shipping!
    Thank you!
